Tbh, people can talk about the science of carbs vs fat for days, and I couldnt comment on it. What I can comment on is my own diet over the last few years. Pasta or rice based dishes, or bread on the regular = I get a fucking gut and feel sluggish. Dropping that shit to 0.5 of my daily meals with something oat based for breakfast = I get cut. Carbs are undoubtedly a complete and utter cheat for many people, myself included.
