There are two different “universes” that you are conscious of simultaneously:

The Subjective Universe is composed of your emotions and feelings. This inner world is totally subjective. For instance, one person might love the taste of cherry pie, while another might find the same pie revolting. There is no truth or logic in this domain. It’s a mixture of automatic sense-perception and animalistic drives. Many people give great weight to these internal sensations, despite the fact that they are intangible and constantly changing.

The Objective Universe is the plane of observable cause-and-effect. For instance, if you jump out of an airplane without a parachute, you die. If you eat fast food for every meal, you gain weight. Note that your “feelings” and “opinions” have no impact in this area, as it deals only with unchanging facts.

The Red Pill

In the Red Pill, we work to get guys outside of the Subjective Universe. To be clear: we fully accept that feelings and emotions exist (we aren’t psychopaths). We encourage all men to love their families, to fully grieve the death of loved ones, and so on.

However, we don’t want guys reaching conclusions about the nature of reality based on ephemeral inner sensations. We want men to look outwards at the physical universe. We want them studying the patterns that really govern the environment around them. We want them to find solutions to their problems that work, every time.

Ego vs. Truth

The Subjective Universe contains your childish feelings about how the world “ought to be.” For instance, the statement: “Every one is equal” is obviously not true in an objective sense. Rather, it’s a sentiment that a majority of people like to believe in, so they just go with it.

Your task as a man is to come to grips with the world as-it-is. Even if something “seems good” (like Equality), you need to ask yourself: is this idea reflected in reality? If the answer is no, then shed that belief immediately.

Once you’ve deleted all your illusory beliefs that conflict with the world-as-it-is, you will achieve Stoicism. You will know and live the truth and be firmly planted in the NOW. Any illusions you hold onto cut you off from the Life Force (excuse my esoteric language), and make it harder for you to authentically create your existence.

Conclusion

You can call them:

  • Objective Truths
  • Rules of the Game
  • Natural Laws
  • Universal Patterns

It doesn't matter. The point is that you don't get to just decide how everything works because you're a special human with feelings. There are rules to this Game, and you better study up, or you will lose.

Addendum

The following are some Natural Laws. They will always bring results in the physical world:

  • Money Over Bitches (There is a hierarchy to human needs. Find your purpose FIRST, then the women come)

  • Polarize! (Gender = attraction between opposites)

  • Men Love Women, Women Love Children, Children Love Puppies (Real love comes from "above," otherwise it's dependent and conditional)

  • Law of Entropy (The opposite of the Blue Pill ideal of Progress. Things tend towards decay unless you get off your ass!)

  • Law of Correspondence (As above, so below...whatever microcosm you live in is a reflection of broader society. We're all connected and that makes life interesting)

  • Law of Flow (Nothing sits still...see where decisions "flow" or "lead" to determine if they're right or wrong)

  • Pareto Principle (20% of men have 80% of resources. Become an elite!)
