Disclaimer; possible shit post
Okay, so I've been diagnosed with depression, and I've been feeling shitty for the past few months. Feeling like everything wrong in my life is my fault, even if it wasn't. Hating myself, regardless of how many girls were trying to get me.
For example, when I started school late august, I was acting alpha naturally. I had yet to discover TRP. I had girls in my grade, multiple seniors, and a few sophomores who would've hopped on my dick in an instant. But I didn't want any of these girls. I met this girl who was lesbian, and I saw it as a challenge. We got along great, and I wanted her. But I played my cards right and got her to like me. I've been in a relationship with her for over two months now. I'm clearly the alpha in the relationship, but outside of the relationship, I'm beta. Does this mean I'm not really alpha in our relationship?
Recently, I've been making an effort to act alpha in every aspect of my life. I've picked up athletics again (I was injured pretty bad, and have been timid to do anything since) but I've become more active, asserted my dominance, and tried to take on more leadership roles in life and school. My depression is getting better, and I'm not medicated.
Is my transition from beta to alpha helping my depression, or is it purely coincidental?
