If you can learn to control your mind, you can control anything in your life. The Red Pill is a mindset. Alpha is a mindset. Success is a mindset. Or as some may say frame, I will be using the word mindset for this post.

If your perspective is off, so are your thoughts, if your thoughts are off, everything else that matters will follow them. You need to almost be/act naive in a way.

My buddies always wonder how I get the women I do. How I do it so often. How I do it without even saying anything at times. Apart from looks. It's my mindset. I walk into a room and my mindset is literally programmed to think (although very naive) that every woman in that room wants to fuck me. Even if they hate me, I know I can get them to fuck me. This in turn causes my body language to be congruent with my thoughts. My actions, my moves, are done in a way that show my abundance mentality. When I look at a women I look at her like I want to fuck her or I already know I can.

In my career, I already think I'm he best at my job. This allows me to be calm and confident when an emergency situation arises. If I fuck up I learn from my mistakes. This is another mindset I have. I love making mistakes. I used to hate it. Try to avoid it. my mindset was wrong. Mistakes are how we grow. Think about that. Internalize it. And truly accept it. If you're not uncomfortable or fucking up, you're never going to grow. If you want to be the best version of yourself you can be, You must love fucking up and being uncomfortable even more than you love success.

This is apart from ego or bragging. This stuff is not verbalized, it's only in my actions. I want to be very clear on that. There's always room for improvement and growth. I don't walk around acting like I'm better than everyone else or know it all. I am just confident in myself.

Most of you know I am a recovering drug addict. Looking back even just 90 days ago, on how fucked up my thinking was, how messed up my mindset was, it was no wonder I was sticking a needle in my arm to feel "normal." It wasn't until I gave my mind some time to heal. Changed my way of thinking and my mindset did I realize. Our minds are the most powerful things in the world

Your mind has the ability to heal your body just by though (placebo effect studies) if that ain't some shit I don't know what is. In my heavy addict I hated myself, not because of the way my life was. It was because of the drug. I couldn't stop using it. I was honestly pretty happy before my full blown addiction. My addiction manifested and caused me to do things I'd never imagine. The only problem was I COULDN'T STOP. It was as if I lost total control of my mind and even my actions. I couldn't even logically process what was going on. The problem was I didn't have control of my mind. My thoughts became compulsive. My compulsions because obsessions. My obsessions became actions. And my actions became habits.

I had to learn to cut all that shit off at the first thought. Whether it is an addiction, oneitis, beta frame, not wanting to go to the gym, whatever the fuck it is. It all starts with that first thought. Until you learn to be aware of your thoughts and separate yourself from them. You will have a hard time changing your mindset.

So how do I achieve this? How do I get a bullet proof mindset?

I'm sure there are many ways. But this is what worked for me.

1. Meditation

This allowed me to become very aware of my thoughts. The more I practice this the more I can catch my thoughts. Even before they happen sometimes. I might have that thought of "hmm. You haven't used in a while maybe....." no, fuck you, not today

No matter what it is, anger. Some guy cuts you off. You immediately would think, react, and it would manifest. Now since you've been becoming aware of your thoughts, you can catch the anger as its coming. And stop it dead in its tracks.

2. Gain a good direction of where you want to go

Take a good hard look at yourself, where you are, where you want to be, what you want to be. Figure out what it will take to get there and create a mindset/process that allows you to stay on track with that goal. You're not going to know everything at first but that's where learning from your mistakes comes in.

3. Fake it till you understand more about it.

I don't like saying fake it till you make it. Because some may never make it. And saying that sounds like you already know what it takes to make it. You probably don't. So learn as much as you can about it. Fake it, but always be learning more about it. Be open minded and not afraid to fail. As you learn you will no longer have to fake it. You will actually become it.

4. Become comfortable, aware, and non-reactive with your emotions

Emotions are a hell of a drug. If you are not aware of them. Or comfortable with the negative ones especially, it will cause you to say and do things that you don't want to do. Meditation helps with this. But what really helps is allowing yourself to feel every emotion in its fullest. Process why you're feeling it. Realize it can't hurt you, And let it be. I used to have severe anxiety and ADD. Although I still have them. I've learned to deal with them properly, without medication. And even use them to my advantage. It all starts with that first thought. And my mindset behind it.

My mindset is that of which. I can handle anything that is thrown my way. Emotions aren't reality and can't hurt me. I will learn from all my mistakes and I will continue to put myself in uncomfortable situations, in order to grow. Every woman wants to fuck me and if they don't. I don't care because they're missing out.

This is the story I tell myself. Your story maybe different. You need to figure your story out. Write it down. And read it everyday. Have patience with yourself and don't let anyone stop you or shake your mindset.

Once you have the proper mindset you will have the foundation on which to build your greatness.

TL;DR change your mindset and learn become aware of your thoughts, and you can achieve whatever it is you want.
