The accusers didn't count on this behavior, some say its creepy to keep old emails and texts but this proves it was worth it. Jian Ghomeshi is now able to back up his innocence. Although he may have lost his job, some friends, and become infamous, he will most likely avoid jail. He lost he job but he will sue if proven innocent for slander. As a madder of fact he has started a lawsuit against CBC for 50 million for “breach of confidence and bad faith”. Lucy DeCoutere and others may go to jail because of such over whelming evidence of criminal conspiracy.
