I lost everything for something stupid I did.

It's not the end of the world , in fact it's a new beginning.

I can't play video games and eat shit anymore.

However I have found comfort in something I hadn't noticed before, I love reading. I have read a couple of books this year these include the likes of: Models by Mark Manson, Cashflow Quadrant, Life of a trader, What everybody is saying and am currently on think and grow rich. Great start to the year if do say so myself. I think all of this will help me greatly in the coming years since I am merely 16.

Here's the issue at hand: I would like to be an investor and would like to learn and read books on it. I have tried reading The Intellegent Investor as recommended by Warren Buffett, but I'd say about 50% of it was Chinese.

Would there be any books that would give me the basics on what I need to learn to invest? If you are an investor an know about the business, please drop some easy books to get into the basics, and then more complex books. If you are not an investor and have never invested, I urge you to refrain from commenting as you will add no value to me nor to anyone else who reads this.

Extra: Today my father who owns an insurance company in which I have worked told me he needed someone he could trust to learn to invest. Lucky him, I was a few steps ahead of him. Once I learn and I understand, I will invest with him. After I do, I will make sure to keep you guys posted on how it went and what I have learned.

Investing and owning a business system is the the red pill of making money. Working for someone else would be taking the blue pill.
