This is my analysis on how to use TRP and be in a LTR. It is my observation, so it may not work for everyone, but I feel this what makes my relationship of over 4 years work. If you're just into spinning plates, by all means spin away. I wanted to be in a relationship, so here is how I've crafted it. Its kinda long, no TL;DR, dont be lazy.

Never, and I mean Never break frame

Unlike some plate, you're going to be spending considerable amount of time with this woman. Shes going to look to you for guidance. Shes going to look to you to be a rock to stand behind when shit is popping off. Shes going to look to you to control every aspect of your interaction. Dont call/text her saying "So where would you like to get some food later" Do call/text her saying "Were going to the steak house tonight. Be ready no later than 6pm, and wear that pink skirt that makes your ass look good." No other way around it. She WANTS you to decide, deliver, and execute. Also dont ever show a woman you have been defeated. I know everyone fails, but dont bitch about your problems to a woman. That shit will dry up faster than the sahara desert. If you do fuck up, only tell her once you have a plan in place to fix it. If you need advice, talk to your male friends.

Always keep your SMV in check

When in a long relationship you can go two ways. Wild and fun in the beginning then dull, boring, and shitty. The other path is to constantly increase your SMV to be equal, or ideally better than hers. LIFT or at least stay in shape. If you start getting fat/scrawny shes going to look elsewhere. STYLE This is something I recently became more aware of. Ditch the graphic Tees, cargo shorts, unnecessary jewelry (a chain, watch, or single ring are acceptable), bright outlandish colors etc. Get nice fitting black/white plain tee shrits, polos, dress/club shirts, nice un-ripped jeans. Keep your hair and facial hair neat and fresh. I dont know how many times I've had my wife tell me that she was "so proud to be walking around with you" because I've started getting serious about style/lifting. VALUE Always move forward. Career, School, Crafts etc. Master what you know, provide for yourself, and reap the rewards. Budget and save your money. Do all of this, and she'll never question you as a man, because you are self sufficient first, then a lover second.

Dont just talk the talk

You're going to be going places with this woman. You will be interacting with friends and the public, and its important to remember that Alpha does not equal Asshole. Sure sometimes it overlaps but I honestly feel that walking into a social setting as the loudest, most obnoxious, ready to fight anyone douchebag, is the most prolific display of insecurity ever. If you're cultured enough, you can be the center of attention, without being the asshole. You know you are the best looking, most educated, most confident guy there, no need to display it unless you have to. People will pick up on it. Women will pick up on it. You know when you go to a party with your girl, and ever other girl is talking to you. Your woman wants this. She wants to show you off to other women. The "look what I have" mentality. She projects herself through you, and if you're some out of shape, poor, out of control loser, it wont last.

Dominate in the bedroom

As I said above, dont let shit get dull. You decide when you have sex, and you get it whenever you can. (Obviously shit comes up, but you know what I mean) Dont be the gentle little fuckhead telling her how beautiful she is or how lucky you are to be with such a hot girl. You come across as a 16 year old virgin on prom night. ALWAYS let her know she is yours without seeming desperate. Smack her on the ass as she walks by. Come up behind her and push your junk into her. That being said, dont start humping and scratching at her like a hyena either. Women are 70% mental when it comes to sex, 30% physical. If you're doing all this shit all day long, then just dominate in the bed, she'll not only want to, but beg to fuck you. If you're going down on her, and then you want a BJ and she doesnt oblige, get up, get dressed, and walk out without saying anything. If she doesnt, she dont respect you. Lean to turn it down if needed.

Dont alienate yourself

You have to keep a good relationship with your other alpha buddies. There is some shit you need to talk to your guy friends about. You need to bullshit with your guy friends. Also, remember that a true alpha male does not try to tear down his fellow man. A group of close, tight knit guys should support each other. You can fuck around with your friends (cracking jokes, pranks etc) but you dont have to be in "ALPHA AS FUCK" mode when just chillin with your boys. Save that shit for your woman.

Finally let your woman see you doing manly shit

She will go crazy seeing you doing manly shit. Let her see you work out for a bit. Let her see you fixing something thats broken or playing football with your bros. It just builds on the foundation you've laid, and ends up as a bonus.
