There's no secret magic formula. The Red Pill will help any man improve his odds of sexual success, but you're still not going to get laid 100% of the time with 100% of the women you want.
Any time you walk up to a random woman and talk to her, you will not have a chance with 75% of them. She'll be married, engaged, or have a boyfriend and not want to cheat. She'll be out for a friend's birthday and not want to bail on them. She'll have had a shitty day at work. Her dog just died. She has a yeast infection. She's PMSing. Or she just doesn't like your look or the sound of your voice. Whatever. Three quarters of the women you walk up to, you have zero chance. Even if you're hot and fun and interesting.
The Red Pill helps you identify which women you actually have a chance with, how to recognize when a woman is down versus when she's wasting your time, and how to capitalize on that. But it's not going to magically make the 75% of women who aren't interested suddenly become interested. Maybe a few of them, but expecting to just walk into any room and start getting laid is a bit unrealistic. TRP makes your odds a lot better, but no guy just walks in, points at a girl of his choosing, and takes her home.

Sounds to me that you simply haven't found out the reason why you're failing.
You are trying to rationalize victimizing yourself by saying "I (think I) tried and I failed. But I still see other people are succeeding. Something is wrong here. Either A. I am the only cursed man on earth because I have terrible luck. Destiny has chosen me not to be with a woman and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. Literally no one else dead or alive has had this problem before. Or B. There is some fundamental quality I am lacking which is causing me to consistently fail with women and I should do some reflection and introspection to figure it out and bring about change"
My guess is that you have a lacking in your personality or social ability. Nobody is special. You're not special. Find out why you're failing.

I don’t think such experience can prove lack of luck was the cause of such experience and thus prove luck was a factor in relationship creation.
But I do agree luck is a factor. Like money and your face. It’s a type of resources.

TRP will help you build yourself into the best version of you that you can be. Learning to showcase it in order to attract women, there's TRP advice to do that, but it is harder to learn and effectively implement, especially for guys that are more STEM inclined as interpersonal things tend to not come as easy to us.
I will say the area where you live has an impact. Population demographics near you, number of women, total population, etc. - small town areas and less density tend to limit opportunities, not just with women but in overall life. If you can plan and execute a relocation to a better area, it would like end up pretty rewarding.
For example, my native home town, it's got a large population, but large percentage of military families and enlisted guys. The actual single female demographic was pretty lacking. It also had suppressed salaries - the area economy really revolved around support services to the miliitary, there really wasn't a lot of higher paid job sectors. Combine that with a very tight housing market in the area, it made it so all jobs were underpaid relative to national averages, AND high cost of living. my whole family is mostly still there. i moved away because i wanted better.
Where I live know, though, there's a very large single female demographic, more than single men, and the area is much more affluent, and cost of living is lower as housing is while not cheap, cheaper than back home. I'm married now (I've been thinking about a post about that here for people to chew on), but before I met my first mate, finding womanly entertainment was so much easier than back home. This area is also just better overall for life - work, social, entertainment, activities, there's just more to do.
When I go home now, I enjoy the nostalgia and memory lane from periodic family visits, but I'm always reminded why i don't want to live there permanently again. I can't emphasize how much good relocating to an area that suits you better can improve your life and I recommend it to everyone reading this post.
