So co-worker relationships - It's a big minefield so I need some advice.

Have a co-worker who's interested in me. Obviously this is great since I get attention and others notice it too, which has a knock-on effect of keeping interest and positive attention alive in them, too.

However, I obviously can't give her anything in return, apart from just flirting, which is gonna get boring sooner or later. What's the best thing to do here? I can't keep pretending that something is going to happen, but I still like the benefits of attraction in the workplace.

Let me know if I'm looking at this the wrong way. Literally got back home at 4am from an work party last night where I realised I need advice on this.
