Posting this here as I've come to realize that 80% of AskTRP is made up of shitheads that don't actually know anything. I also find TRP in general to provide higher quality content.

I have yet to find good discussion from The Red Pill on whether or not you should allow your woman to go out without you. From what I have found, the answers seem to be conflicting. Part of the community preaches the 'dont mate guard' and the other half says don't put up with that kind of behavior, tell her it's not acceptable. I've internalized a lot of TRP but I'll admit this is one area where I'm not sure how on how to proceed.

To preface, I've currently been in an LTR for about a year now and by all means it's been great. She's about as close to a "unicorn" as you can get. She'll bend over backwards to make me happy; in our total time together I can count once where I felt like I had been disrespected and she immediately apologized after she realized what she said. I have every reason to trust her but being apart of this community you tend not to trust women by nature. Before I get the usual plebs saying "you have oneitis, dump her." I am fine with walking away from the relationship if I have to, the unicorn comparison is just to exemplify that she is one of the rare finds that you sometimes come across.

Now to what I'm getting at. We're both in college, she can now go to the bars and I cannot as I'm still under 21. She is by no means a big drinker, quite the opposite in fact but she's obviously excited to go out to the bars with friends like most 21 years old. To the big question:

How do you handle this situation?

I clearly don't approve of my woman going to a place which has the sole purpose of being a 'mating ground'. However, I'm also not trying to be a hypocrite either as I will probably go out with the boys on occasion when I'm 21 to drink. Her social circle is made up of both guys and girls, and I'm well aware of the fact that alcohol is one of the factors that leads to cheating.

Would love to hear some insight from some senior members on the general concept of letting your woman go out without you
