I agree. Most armchair politics discussions are projections from the speaker's own interior. However:

Yeah... eckhart is/was/continues to be a source of contemplation and inspiration. He describes the pathology of a 'sick' relationship perfectly in 'the power of now'.
When I realized I was in one I began to detach... right about the time I found TRP the umbilical cord was sheared. I love his description of 'enlightened partnership' but I have yet to taste more than a glass
