Masculine role models from the US?

Sometimes it seems like the world leaders and celebrities of other countries are outmanning us (USA), and it's hard to find someone on our own soil to learn from. Do Americans have any masculine or alpha role models that are alive and in their prime now?

If not, who do you look up to (who is currently alive and in prime alpha state)?
