Don't shit where you eat. No woman is worth your job or happiness in your place of business. In your best case scenario things could go alright, but in your worst case you are looking at some seriously dark days. Is it worth it to you?

I appreciate the concern, but is there a side of it you can see where she is genuinely just looking to fuck for a while and then move on from me? I just wanna be the guy on the sidelines is really how I shoulda worded it I guess. I have a strong feeling she doesn't give a fuck as long as I do make it clear that I'm not doing anything. And plus she's well aware of my lifestyle type. And she is the type who's just DTF after a few drinks when she "invites you inside" and has no real issues following the event. I just hope that the job wouldn't slow that down

And if your relationship ends like the titanic do you think you can survive the backlash at work if she makes up rumors about you? Or if she goes to HR with sexual harassment complaints do you think it would be worth being a guy on the side?

Never ever shit where you eat. Never ever shit where you eat.

Too much can go wrong here. If she finds out you are using her as a sugar mommy she will be pissed as hell. Since it started at your workplace, your company will be responsible. They will take her side and if she is really nasty she will file sexual harassment case against you etc. Potentially this could be big buck for her.

Find a MILF elsewhere.

MILF are great especially if you are young and she is a few years older. Ask them out, coffee is good because it is cheap and you did not invest much. And it easy to either escalate or bail out quickly. Then just be aggressive and don't be afraid to make the first move. Always continue to slightly pressure and if something is not working immediately take a new tactic.

Usually with MILF it does not take much work. Great part they always have their own place and you can get them to cook you stuff etc.

See in this instant I quit worrying about it, because she's older. Because if it was just some other girl I would stand firm with that opinion as well, but Since she's just looking for a rebound to her husband, I figured I would be safe. I don't have a career setup, I don't have serious bills/obligations. She has a kid and shit to tend to. She will just get rid of me when she's done. And hopefully I won't even be working there long.

You are thinking logically. Worst case scenario. The people are work find out you are fucking each other. Other jealous women start calling her cougar or cradle snatcher. She then has to save face. Easiest way to save face is blame it all on you. You took advantage of her because you knew she was going through a divorce and vunerable. After the first time you fucked, she didn't want to fuck more, but then you threatened to tell her kid, tell everyone at work etc. All of a sudden she is the victim.

Who are they going to believe? Poor innocent her who was abused by her husband, and now abused by you. Or big nasty you.

There are usually bars where divorced women frequent. When I was young bored and horney, if I couldn't get any action in regular bars, an hour before closing I would go to one of these bars.

That last part is certainly a piece of advice I'll likely never forget, but I guess I hope none of that first part is an issue. I'll tread carefully, I'm still apprehensive about it, which is why I made the post. I just have a good feeling she'll be chill, but I'm going to get into her history with men by chatting up her little birds on the wire she calls friends.

There is a 99.9% chance nothing will go wrong. The 0.1% depends on many factors. If you work for a mom and pop company less risk. If it is a big company that has a huge HR department, the HR department needs to justify their existence. Setting an example with a guy like you is a good way to show they are taking care of their female employees.

I am older now, and 0.1% risk for a one time event is ok. But if you repeatedly take risks like that it will bite you in the ass eventually. Picking up a chick in a bar there is a high risk you will get shot down, but worst case scenario isn't that bad.

I like your attitude, but the other guys think the job part is too sticky. I doubt it in my case only because she's well aware of who I am, what I'm doing in life and she implores that she is "done with men for awhile" just going out with girls and reconnecting with being single. Plus I know she cheated on him. She's the type that's down to fuck so I would hope the job aspect isn't too much of a complication.
