I agree 100%. But then to have to face a wailing wall of feminists claiming "patriarchy" when in reality it's simply a reflections of women's lifestyle choices is ridiculous.

I think Maternity Leave and Efficiency/Lower Production is probably more responsible for 'wage gap' than anything else.

The other factor could be men are just more likely to step up and ask for a raise than women. Men are also more likely to tell their boss to go fuck themselves and leave if they dont get that raise.
