Where there is no motivation, discipline is most needed and most difficult.

Motivation and discipline are really two sides of the same coin they go hand in hand. Discipline is effectual steps you take to make sure that you are able to achieve that which you are motivated to complete. Without motivation their is no reason for discipline and without discipline reaching your motivated goal is very difficult. What is most important is internazlizing both motivation and discipline into your personality and daily routine. Discipline should get to the point where you don't even think about it, for example you don't ask yourself "am I going to go work till my eyes bleed and my body is numb and I'm tiered as shit". You just go do it because your motivation naturally drives your discipline to do whatever is necessary to achieve your goal. And remember it is up to you to find a way to complete whatever you need to, no amount of bitching will help you, if you can't figure it out, if you can't do what it takes at least accept you can't do it.

motivation and discipline are two of the hardest things to obtain in life imo.
Discipline is a trained skill that you can only earn from enduring that pain of pushing yourself through something.
Motivation is a lot more difficult in my opinion, it's almost like you have to find it by chance. Everyone is motivated to fuck, it's built into us, but things like finding a good career - that is more difficult.

Motivation is short termed, superficial, and fleeting. Discipline is life long, deep, and ingrained.
Motivation gets you to join the gym. Discipline gets you to go day after day, even if you are tired, its raining out, and you dont feel great...

Motivation is like a woman. It comes and goes. Discipline is solid and grounded.
