Sixteen year old male here. Junior in High School. I started integrating TRP into my life during the beginning of the year and have made a lot of progress. Today being a great example of my progress.

So school is over and a group of students including me are waiting for the bus to come pick us up to transport us home. I noticed how cold it was, and the girls around me wearing their skimpy outfits did too. They were complaining about how cold it was blah blah blah. Soon enough, the bus arrives and we all get on.

Everyday when I get on the bus I always open the window next to my seat all the way for the sole purpose of trying to make somebody behind me upset. Today was a bit colder than it usually is where I live so I had a feeling this time somebody would mention it.

Then a girl notorious for being a bitch, we'll call her J, gets out of her seat and approaches me at my seat and says with a hint of attitude "You wanna roll your window up?". I turn my head and look at her straight in the eyes with a stoic expression on my face and simply shake my head no. J then replies with "I'll do it for you". Still saying no words, I lean back in my seat and allow her to reach over and shut my window. I waited a couple seconds for her to sit back down, then I stood up, opened the window once again to hear J call me a bitch from the back of the bus and sat down to hear nothing mentioned about the window for the rest of the bus ride.

She could tell I didn't give a shit about what she said and knew I would let her open the window as many times as she wanted. It was a battle she couldn't win. I deprived her of any sort of reaction from me, showing that she was so worthless in my eyes that she didn't deserve the energy from me to utter a few words.

I'm very proud about how I handled this situation, and I wanted to share it with you guys.
