Simple, stop dealing with women who take more energy from you than you give. Your libido is limited but renewable. Your time is not. Your interactions with all people should be a net positive on your life.

Any 9 who is a drag to be around for some mediocre sex is simply not worth it. In a sense, you're not doing much better than a beta who'll will put up with almost anything for a shot. I would genuinely rather deal with/fuck a 6 or 7 who makes me feel good and puts effort into our interaction.
