You need to choose your values and what you really give a fuck about. Why do you care what judgements this girl/the people around you will have if you approach her What self-criticisms are you afraid of others verbalizing?
Realize that life is impermanent and a little bit of awkwardness beats the FEEDBACK LOOP FROM HELL (check the eBook below for more information) that you're currently going through: I'm scared to talk to her ---> why am I scared of her? ---> now I'm scared of being scared. ---> I'm inadequate because of this fear ----> etc.
