Test #1

  • "When the photos were restored at 4PM, 2,200 people were in the middle of conversations that had started “blind”. Those conversations melted away." Surprise! Shows that one of the greatest things you can do to improve your chance of successfully opening with woman is making sure you look like your best self and you can almost always improve your physical presentation in some form.

  • The second part of that segment suggests women who went on dates were less likely to say they enjoyed their time when the man was considered better looking than they. However, women were more likely to respond to messages (and go on a date with, I will assume) from guys who were considered better looking than they. Only a first date is better than no date. This also does not track whether they actually did message the person back, on OKC or outside of OKC, even after they said they did not enjoy it.

Test #2

  • Once again, women don't have to do anything other than not be fat, a bitch, or a known whore to have high SMV. Men, your SMV comes from how successful you are in life BUT by being in great physical shape and dressing the way that best fits you, you automatically have a high SMV than the other men she hasn't met yet that aren't in as great of shape or maybe aren't dressed as nicely.

You don't have to be even remotely as big as a body builder to be bigger than the average guy, every bit of training you do helps. You do not have to eat bland food and calorie/macro count to eat healthier, just eat bad stuff less and you will be doing better than the majority. (Learn to cook!) You do not have to buy high end fashion designer clothes or necessarily follow the latest trends to dress nice, just buy clothes that fit and don't dress like a slob and you will be improving your appearance.

While I am not promoting always just being a bit better than average, it is better to be doing well in one or two categories and just better than average in the rest than just being average or worse when it comes to everything.

Not as related to the article but I am gonna jump up on my self-improvement soap box quick (that I made with my new carpentry skills) to give my input and what helped me start down the path of self-improvement.

With self-improvement will come self-improvement. When you realize how little time it actually takes to say, cook a meal or do a workout, you realize how easy it is to cut time from things like, browsing online or your shower length, things that don't improve your SMV nearly as much training or learning a skill. Once you start learning new things you will want to keep learning new things, learning is what keeps you mentally young. Never stop learning.
