I'd say things like this are the hardest part. Fitness & clothes can be done pretty easily. Inner game, logistics of a date are difficult for me.

the author of that post is a world traveler and has written several articles about the superiority of particularly eastern euro girls over american girls.

based on that, i would assume he does not see any american girl as fit for more than a fling.
