There was a post about a year ago (can't remember the title) but it was essentially the same thing you're asking. About inviting them for a workout. The interesting bit was in the comments where a guy pointed out how he was in a band and the bandmembers started letting girlfriends who used to be head over heels for them attend practices. Soon, the girls became disinterested and the "in a band" lost it's luster.

The short answer is: No. Don't invite her to watch you train. You either are way better than her and look like a tryhard (lose value) or she loses the sense of mystery about it all.

In the same way you shouldn't show your weakness mentally by letting emotions get the best of you, you shouldn't show weakness physically by letting her see you go from a "physical powerhouse" in her mind (she jumped your bones after a light workout) to seeing you as a weakling. "Uggh, he can't even run for shit."

Don't do it OP. Find a man to run with. Even with her being into exercise too, I'd suggest at the minimum you wait until you're great at cardio to where you can beat her easily without going all out. That way you show dominance, but also how easy it is without bragging about it.
