Hey, friends and acquaintances alike. I'm making this as a follow-up post to my first ever post 'Thoughts from the Anger Phase.' This can be classed as a rant. This is the first-hand experiences of a young man who found The Red Pill after a crushing blow from a oneitis. Now that I consider myself to be out of the anger phase, I'd like to share some of my findings and experiences post anger-phase. If you've stuck around this long, here goes:

After the post, I genuinely gave up being angry. I didn't understand why I should be mad at the game if I know how to play. I can't judge MGTOW'ers because I don't know what they've went through. Lots of men around the world have gone through things a lot worse than I have, so who am I to judge? Nonetheless, it was the summer. Time to unwind. I began the summer with a vacation, which you can read about under one of my field reports. The TL;DR on that is that I fucked two girls waaaaay older than me, got hammered for the first time, and saw true human behavior from a friend. I saw that jealousy cuts deeper than a knife. I saw that women have no self respect and want dick. Bad. I saw that no matter how classy a woman acts, at the base of it all, she is the same as any other girl. No special snowflakes on this side.

When I came back from the vacation I was significantly weaker in the gym. I was bingeing alcohol like a retard (cut me some slack, it was my first time getting fucked up) and I wasn't really eating like I was supposed to be. I didn't want to speak to my friends after the vacation, although we had a great time. I saw how jealous and envious other men could be. I also realized how dangerous being around too many people is when your frame isn't solid. I am on good terms with all of my friends but I decided to use my college years (I'm starting my first year of college in a week from today) to work on myself, meet new people, create a new social circle and meet new beautiful women.

Another thing that's been fucking with me post-anger phase is blue pill trauma. I find myself thinking back on old situations and how I'd handle them now. I had oneitis bad for this one chick, and going back to it now, she really liked me too. She wanted an alpha, though. A man to tell her what to do. I thought about the first time we ever hung out; I jokingly told her to make sure my food was wrapped up and ready to go by the time I got out of the bathroom, thinking she'd laugh it off. I come out, lo and behold, my food is wrapped up, neatly as ever, and she's sitting, ready to go. I even came across one of her old texts after we argued, of her going: "You better fucking dismiss me." If I could go back in time, I'd handle the situation so much differently.

Thing is, I can't. I can't go back, and it still bothers me. It's bittersweet. It gives me hope for tomorrow. I'm more conscious of everyday interactions now. I always ask myself, whenever I'm with a group or speaking to anyone: "Who's FRAME am I in right now?" If the answer to that question is NOT my own, I try to disconnect from the conversation or go do something else. Frame is everything. The truly great men of the world have realized that. You can see it in everyday social interaction. That TRULY makes you alpha; not the tattoos you have, not the clothes you wear, not your hairstyle.

I've also gotten on Tinder and despite the SMV I thought I was at, I've been matching with a lot of beautiful women. I'm only 18 but I've been matching with 24 year olds and although I haven't closed with any of them, it's primarily because I've been focusing on working full-time and going to the gym. I've been flaking like crazy and it makes them chase me more. Looks like it's working. Aw, jinkies!

Things are clear to me now. People could say what they want about this Subreddit, but at the end of the day, there aren't any sociopaths or assholes here. There are men trying to help other men. Despite the 'hard-as-fuck' shell that many men here show, the truth is that at some point in our lives, we've all been down. Slowly but surely, we're all rising again, and we have the world scared.

To all my fellow young men on this journey, do not be afraid. There will be times where you feel angry as fuck. You'll feel angry at the world, at women, and at yourself. Don't. This journey is forever. We didn't take the pill to get pussy and to look jacked and tan. We took it to make ourselves better men, and nothing good comes without being earned. To all my older men reading this, thank you for being mentors to us all. I came upon this Subreddit because I posted on another sub saying that I was going to end my life on my prom night because my oneitis blocked me on everything and ghosted me. Someone contacted me and spoke to me. He told me to check out this sub.

Thank you, random stranger. And thank you, TRP. Truly. This is not the last time you will hear from me. I go to college next week. I will be checking in with more field reports, more stories, because I feel like I owe it to all of you. This has become a second family to me. Now get back to lifting, faggot.
