Being a well put together, assertive and confident man is attractive, as you have experienced. One big thing is DO NOT SHIT WHERE YOU EAT. This includes co-workers/superiors at work, waitresses/bartenders at local establishments, sisters of friends and ex-girlfriends of friends.

I work in a research lab that is run by a woman whose husband runs another lab, so the 2 labs are close. A (different) woman in my lab dated a man in the other lab for a while during their PhDs. They broke up and the woman refuses to work with the guy anymore. She acts like a bitch anytime he comes around or his name is brought up. The idiotic thing is we have to tiptoe around her irrational feelings even when it sets us back, instead of just telling her to just shut the fuck up, put that shit aside and act like an adult.

A waitress I would flirt with at a local pub/lounge ended up having daddy and drug issues. I found this out after we had slept together, which resulted in her being clingy as all hell. Needless to say I started ignoring her messages and cannot go to that place anymore. I went out on a few dates with a bartender at a different place. She apparently had a good time, but I didn't feel anything at all so I didn't call her again. The last time friends and I went to that place, ALL of the bartenders ignored us.

Thankfully, none of my friends have slept with anyone' sister. We joke about it, but I can tell it would actually cause some animosity if it were to occur. My friends are worth more to me than some pussy. Same thing goes for ex-girlfriends. My friend's ex tried to hook up with me at a party after they broke up. I denied her, told my friend the next day. He said I should have fucked her, but talking to him drunk a few days later he admitted he's glad I didn't.

TLDR; Be careful with who you attract. Don't stop being "yourself" in certain situations, but know when to turn things down a notch and make sure to get yourself some morals/boundaries set up.

Depends on your job . My friend was a waiter at the tilted kilt and he slept with so many 8s and 9s I was starting to get jealous. Seriously he had his co workers on rotate. He made sure all of them knew it was just sex and nothing more, but he also was putting in his two weeks in about 6 months to work over seas

Agreed. Sounds like OP has a big dump to unload, and he's standing right on top of the dining room table.

Don't shit where you eat, OP. It's good that you're making progress, but your end game should be using your new-found skills on women who you don't know and who don't know you. Coworkers and exes of friends are a slippery slope. Tread lightly.

Besides, being attracted to someone at work but being so f.... mature about it can only make your SMV go up among those women, not down.

Thats how I was leaning. I figure there are plenty of other girls out there and if anything just having a good relationship with them can help me expand my social circle and provide social proof. I admit I hadn't thought of waitresses and bartenders.

After DNSWYE, the next important life rule is AWALT. The downfall of the newly successful red pill man is that he starts attracting a higher tier of women, he falls in love with one, settles down, turns beta "because this one is special and deserves my love and support", and watches it all come crashing down. Learn from others' mistakes: stay red and happy.
