Are you talking about the US, North America, or the world on general? My experience has seen several healthy weighted lesbians, and several lesbians I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole because of their disgusting habits and weight. But I, of course, don't pretend to have any authority on contemporary lesbian social and cultural climates and mores.
