People give out upvotes pretty randomly. You can say something here using "politically correct" language and get downvotes, say the exact same thing except toss a few "bitches" and "cunts" in there and get upvotes. Apply the opposite rule to 2xc.

Karma on reddit is almost entirely about presentation and playing to the audience.

TRP is a diverse audience. Women are a diverse audience. There is no definitive answer to your question and this is one of the debate points on TRP. I come down very strongly on the side of women being 'born' with good looks beginning at about age 14 until 28 or so while men are able to BUILD their value.

I say to men everywhere- IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL CUM.

Sure a naturally haawwwt guy is going to have an easier time with women. Nobody is denying that but a hot girl is going to have a LOOOOOT easier time so quit comparing yourself to the princess and think how the other half feels- and please quit the whining.

There are at least two important differences in male/female SMV. First, men are able to improve their looks much easier than women. A woman can either have an hourglass figure or you lose the weight- but the first place they lose it is their boobs so the figure men like is entirely genetic. In contrast, men can get ripped from head to toe and VASTLY improve their looks. Second, WOMEN DO NOT USE LOOKS AS THEIR PRIMARY CRITERIA.

Lets take a guy at the bottom. He is fat, acne, smells bad, nervous around women- the worst. By all accounts he is a HB1. No worries! Most guys are rough, unshaved, smelly, badly dressed, and present themselves as whiny Betas with the pussy way up high on a pedestal. The same guy can hit the gym, get ripped, get his power talk smoothed out, get some aggression, clean shaven, smooth talking, confident, and presenting himself with high value- hell that guy can move from a 1 or 2 to a 6 easily. Can he "game" HB10's into bed? Probably not. Can he lock down a 7 or even an 8? You bet!

TLDR: Looks are one thing girls judge us on and it is important but we judge them a lot more on this criteria and we have a huge advantage. A girl is much more interested in your frame and how you make her feel than she is about whether your are haaawwwt. Don't despair fellow warriors of the slippery flesh folds.

Your status determines your looks. Seriously. Guy I knew way back was seen as a fat balding ugly, poorly dressed, greasy loser. He is now a standup comic and a minor celebrity. I then was talking to some people who are younger then me. I said this comedian is ugly. They all disagreed with me.

I feel like this issue can be seriously simplified by looking at it from an abstract and number based perspective. This is how I see it:

In the same way we rate the sexual attractiveness of a woman from a 1-10 scale, several properties that men possess can also be rated out of a 1-10 scale. For example:

Attractiveness (looks)
Money
Social Status

Now, my opinion on the matter is that whichever of these scales is highest is the one that takes precedence in a man's rating from 1-10. Considering these three variables, imagine that the highest one has a valuation of 0.5, and the other two 0.25. Therefore a very attractive man, let's say a 9/10, can still be poor and have a shitty social circle (say 4/10 for both), but his overall rating in the eyes of a woman would be a 6.5/10, a decent score.

While this may seem like it's making the matter too complicated, I do think it is a valid approach to the way women consider a man's SMV.

The only major difference in opinion among men and women would be the valuation assigned to each scale.

Looks matter 100%. I have 0 social life, 0 social status, and still manage to get laid due to being a 6'1 ripped white guy with good looks.

The importance of looks is inversely proportional to the contact time you will have with the other person.

Club = very important

Dating website = somewhat important

Work colleague = not a requirement

Of course, all this assumes you have other qualities to compensate with.
