Yea you can't eliminate fear altogether. The reptilian brain is there for a reason. If we didn't have it we wouldn't have survived from the predators back in the day. Now it's not so useful as we are most of the time safe. But really what fear is today is just future projections of something that may or may not happen and most of the time it doesn't happen the way you feared. But it's still there sometimes. You just act anyways.
