I was reading Roosh V's blog about a "Game funnel", which is essentially just a sales funnel where a "new customer" is a bang.

In his diagram (added it to imgur for RES peeps) you can see he advocates two funnels, the wide funnel and the more selective (narrow) funnel. Both approaches are taking place over a roughly a 3 month (90 day) period.

Breaking down the numbers you see some interesting things:

Wide Funnel
200 Approaches
13 Dates
5 Bangs

So this is roughly 2 approaches per day, every day. So if you miss a day that's 4 the next day in order to hit the 90 day total. Some days you'll have to do three approaches to hit the 200 approaches in 90 days mark.

Looking at the numbers we see that the return on investment for approaches ( or return on approach?) is 6.5%.
Moving on: the date to bang ratio seems much better ~40%.

Narrow Funnel
80 Approaches
6 Dates (R.O.A of 7.5%)
3 Bangs (Date to Bang: 50%)

I want to try this out myself. Essentially forcing myself to try out one of these funnels and see how it goes. I want to focus exclusively on day-game, in coffee shops, the mall, the street, wherever, just no bars or clubs.

On which approach to choose Roosh has two factors one should use to decide:

1. Level of game.
Low game or beginners, go wide (this is me)

2. Level of energy.
Introvert or very picky - Narrow Funnel
Extrovert or not so picky - Wide Funnel

I want to get started on this, but I've been chickening out on approaching girls during the day, as I'm used to bars and clubs (not especially good at it even there). I feel like i have no day game and I want to change this.

So if somebody made you get started on this tomorrow, where would you begin? (coffee shop? Mall? Street? Where?)

Maybe some of you have tried this, and have some numbers you can post for inspiration?
