Sociopathy is a triat which has varying degrees. It goes along the lines of not giving a fuck by disregarding rules and putting themselves first and reaping maximum benefits. Now an extreme sociopath would be very insecure and have a huge ego which will be his/her downfall. That's not productive. But if you exercise it well you will end up getting more bang with little effort.

Good example in the public eye are the politicians. They truly don't prioritize people and put themselves ahead in the list of priorities. Their main goal is to get reelected and they'll do whatever they have to in their power to achieve that. And they do get elected often bc people think he is being a great leader by following his own will.

And to a certain degree that applies to being an alpha bc girls want to date guys who will lead and follow their own will. You have to prioritize yourself first. Not saying you should go completely like a sociopath but use it to your advantage and you can still exercise compassion discreetly. I think that's what people at TRP are saying when they mention him as a sociopath. Not necessarily bad when it isn't extreme.

But when feminazis use that term they are trying to use it in a negative sense to bash him left and right, by means of exaggeration and skirting the basic psychology behind it. You know how they like to argue with little, if not no logic.

I think he's a guy who put himself out there, attained success with women and is unapologetic about it. I don't know the exact video but I do recall him talking about his beta days when he could barely look at a girl. I think he is very much a down to earth human being, he just so happens to have an amazing skill that unfortunately other people are offended by. I think people are throwing those words around because they believe his actions are and the whole pick-up process to be dehumanizing. To which I would reply... involuntary celibacy is dehumanizing.

No. If he was a sociopath, he wouldn't have looked so nervous in one of the interviews he did.

He's a wannabe sociopath, much like the rock stars who are really music nerds, but engage in the most over-the-top obnoxious behavior (trashing hotel rooms, etc.) to create an outlaw, "bad boy" persona.

Narcissism is on the rise and can lead to psychopathy. I think the mantra "Be yourself" (regardless of how shitty "yourself" is) is enabling more and more young people to become narcissists and even psychopaths. The problem is that these traits tend to benefit the people who display them, potentiating their desire to act that way, but simultaneously make for a much more problematic society. Intense social pressure used to keep the lid on this, but now that Pandora's box is open, we're going to have a lot of social (and therefore economic) problems ahead. This is already evident in many of today's social issues, and barring a miracle, it will only continue until there is a breaking point (most likely an economic collapse that will force people to change their behavior).

I sympathize with your frustration, but a small minority has no power against such an oppressive, overwhelming majority. Pandora's Box has been opened, so the only realistic option is to do the best for yourself in life, try your best to help others (to give you the peace of mind that at least YOU did the right thing), and wait for human nature to cause a breaking point that will return things to normal. For your own sake, try to let it go. Just my 2 cents.
