OK, so I have this professional friend on social media. She's cool, actually. Late 20s, book type. Lives in the Caribbean. Her hubby is late 50s. Never seen or heard from him, but obviously red pill as fuck. Some kind of entrepreneur (owning apartments and gas stations and crap).

She has borne him three children. She is clearly deeply in love with him. There are posts on a Sat. about working on the Harley. Also cats, but whatevs.

Anyway. facebook friends for years, not knowing both, but you get the vibe. I also like her professionally.

Tonight, Tues., it's clear, she wants to invade his space. I'm totally extrapolating from Social Media, but the deal is, he gets his nights off, gets plowed with his buddies. Has a blast. Fucks the shit out of his wife the next day to appease his hangover.

She... hamsters. Has to be with him. Swears she will not get drunk. (We all know how much men can slam when they're in the mood with their buddies, right?) Obviously hasn't intruded on this space before.

Joke is, I may have committed an instance of Red Knighting. Like I said, she is a social media friend, professionally, and her hubby is a gent whose ideas I admire and whose newsletter I would subscribe to. Backstory here is professional book people drink like a motherfuck. We just have a lot of free time.

Anyway, it's all reading pravda. But she is kinda pissed with him. She tweets a pic of a half-finished Sam Adams. Swears "she is not drunk." Likely her third pint. And she clearly is plowed (tiny... at least from the pics.) I respond with my usual pic of poorly-poured guiness and a high-side Jameson. Because Irish.

I tweet back, "amateur" with the pic. Again, book culture is extreme drinking culture.

She tweets back "bastard." Then goes silent. I feel like I helped him win an argument.

Again, just my friend. Possibly my landlady. And it's not that her hubby, god that he is, needs my help. But did I just Red Knight here? Is that a thing?

/Don't get me wrong. She's a 7 now. Was an 8 before kids. But she's the married chick you don't hit on. I wanna take her hubby to bars.
