Despite all the fuck ups I have made I for some reason have this small sense of false hope I think that I could still end up fucking her and getting her to chase me.

Despite showing some change in behavior, she's still the one in control here, and all she wants from you right now is to know that you still want her.

This is your typical daddy issues, abusive cheating ex boyfriend type of girl who is really fucked up.

Judging by your own description, she should be completely fucking worthless to you, she can never be anything more than a vagina to you, and it is clear that you have not fully accepted that. The only reason that she means enough to you to write multiple paragraphs about her on the internet is that you've been manipulated for a long enough time.

Don't start improving yourself just for one girl - if you do you're still the one chasing, no matter how ripped you get or how many fucks you supposedly don't give. TRP generally doesn't encourage people to go back to an oneitis, but it is very hard not to so here's some advice: Do NOT go back to her with the best version of yourself, trying to qualify yourself in a manner that more or less says "Look at me now, am I good enough for sex?". If you want to come out on top of the situation, you need to start pushing her limits by actually trying to make her flee from you - not by showing more attraction or trying to be more sexual, anything that doesn't involve your penis is just validation for her, and does not count towards sex. This is easy to do just by casually insulting a person, and you can not be dark triad enough in this.

E.g., if she texts you something completely meaningless just to make you engage her, text her back something along the lines of "Thinking of your face made me puke in my mouth". If you get a snapchat, "You look like you smell like piss." - It's not supposed to make her laugh, it's not supposed to be a logical response to whatever she is saying, you are pushing her away because you do not give a fuck if she is in your life or not. Now, while you've been a bitch, she also has made a certain time investment in keeping you hooked, and you need to keep pushing until she has to ask herself (not that it'll be an actual conscious decision, really) if it's worth it to keep taking shit from you so that maybe she can eventually tame you again, or if she should have some dignity and cut her losses. It's a win win for you, you don't want to deal with her shit. However, even your average girl who doesn't have as much baggage as our case study here will go with Option A. They will start asking "What is wrong with me?", and try to qualify themselves to you. It's up to you what to do at that point, but for gods sake if she ends up trying to physically appease you, be assertive and get laid (or just say no, but then again if you had the self control for that you wouldn't have come this far anyways), and don't fucking let her hang around to cuddle and talk about bullshit, you have better things to do.

Following from what trpbox said, this girl is just a vagina and a playground to you. If you think the manipulative shitstorm you described above is worth the pussy, then you have some work to do. Every girl has a vagina, sex is pretty damn common. Toss this chick away, you do not need or want her at all.
