You remind me of my friend Dan. Programmer, six figure income, 9/10. Married a solid 6 who is a huge slut. She divorced him after draining his wallet for about 4 years, took half his retirement savings in the divorce. At least she left before they decided to have kids. Don't be Dan. Sure, have your fun with this woman if you like spending time with her. But don't marry a slut, especially if you are truly a 8/9. You can do better with your income potential and looks. Don't settle for less, especially when "less" has the red flags you pointed out to us. LTRs can be great though don't get me wrong, just don't put a ring on it man.

I'm not gonna tell you what to do. I will say though, go with your gut. If you feel like you wanna give it a go, give it a go. You should absolutely make sure you make an informed decision though. Right now you've already mentioned a couple of red flags. My gut says you're gonna be disappointed down the road. Just because things are great now doesn't mean they won't change. The way I see it her "standard" behavior will exert itself again sometime in the future. It may be a month, it may be 2 years but...

I don't understand why guys actively seek commitment in a relationship. It's not a man's job to lock down commitment. That's within her sexual strategy, not ours. Her past promiscuity probably affects her ability to lock you down though, if you don't do it for her. I don't see an advantage to monogamy here. Sure, it requires some effort to spin plates, but you don't have to do it. Putting yourself in a monogamous situation now implies that you can't. Don't limit your freedom if you don't have to. You've said this girl has been loyal to you anyway.

Also, there's a reason people say, "You can't turn a ho into a housewife."

You should never trust a woman to be faithful to you. Your best bet of getting her to be faithful to you is being unfaithful to her. Cheat and don't fret when she finds out, and you greatly up your chances of her not putting out for other guys.

*Oh I will add: if she already puts off slut red flags for you though, I don't see the point of wasting my time. You can whip a slut into shape by cheating on her mercilessly, but it takes time for her to slow that boat down to a stop and I'd rather not be around for that part of the journey.

You should not trust a woman. They are emotional creatures and will not be loyal should the tingles cease for whatever reason. However, I do think that you should go for a LTR and enjoy her while you can. I'm in a LTR since 6 months back and it seems like it's going downhill now, but I have had a great time and don't regret anything.

Cheers for your input guys. Yea I haven't been certain. I have a scoring chart of 52 factors and multipliers, has a deduction for each sexual partner they've had too.

This girl beat my other main choice and they were only comparable because my other was a 9 and has only been with me (high school sweetheart 5 year LTR).

But I do have my concerns for all those mentioned. I make it clear to anyone of interest that there would be a prenup and more so they wouldn't have anything. I put in low maintainance, she is incredibly frugal and doubt she'd use any of my money.

Though, I think the 6 in looks and low self-esteem disqualify her instantly. You should salivate when seeing an LTR, as your interest will wane over time, even if she is a huge nympho for you. As for the low self-esteem, that can make a girl more likely to stray, even if you are a pimp.

I'm in my early 20's.

She's 20 and I approximate her count to be high 20's(I'm in 240 range). Not that much but rep involved and all. I was trying to figure out how much impact their past has on their potential future and that's why I was asking TRP.
