Excellent argument.

There is nothing to argue, you made an incredibly stupid statement.

No. Forcing someone to have non-consensual sex with you should not be decriminalized. Would you like it if someone you had zero desire to have sex with forced you have to sex with them? Almost certainly not.

Whether sexual activity is actually rape or not is a different story, but rape exists, is very real, and should stay illegal.

It doesn't matter what I'd like. Rape charges in the criminal justice system are a waste of time. You can not prove rape beyond a reasonable doubt. You know why? Because "rape" is a stupid social construct. It goes against what nature intended.

Explain: How you cannot prove rape beyond a reasonable doubt.

Also, "rape is a social construct" means little. All crimes and sins are social contructs. Civilization is a social construct. The internet is a social construct. Language, philosophy, etc. are all social construct. Your statement is meaningless.

As for what nature "intends . . . " Civilization is a product of nature. Nature is impersonal forces that cannot easily be linked with any kind of "intent," even if you are some sort of animist. What can you say about nature? The one constant is change? What does this have to do with rape?

Finally, here are some ways rape can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt:

A. Hidden video camera with hidden microphone completely documents the rape, including all non-consensual aspects of it. Elements: a person not consenting (either they are passed out, drugged, tied up, or actively resisting, and yelling "No!"). This happens all the time, as some rapists actually document their rape, and then brag about it on the internet.

B. Confessions of a rapist coinciding with rape-victim's story. Yes, some people actually confess to crimes without any coercion.

C. Witnesses to a rape giving witness testimony that corroborates the physical evidence and all other testimony.

I could go on and on. The thing is, "doubt" has to be "reasonable." These are social constructs of course.

I looked at your post history and you come across as a shut-in who needs to get out more and socialize with real people, or at least observe real-world interactions without an ideological lens.

Strong chance this is a troll

well 1/3 women aren't assaulted, neither are 1/4 raped. An unattractive guy asking for your phone number doesn't count as assault
