In addition, google image movie heroes (in particular the ones that girls like) such as James bond, Aragorn, Wolverine, Batman, etc NONE of them smile, they almost always have a serious or angry face, similarly in their movies they usually never smile.

Think of apex alpha characters: Bond, Tywin Lannister, longshanks, Clint Eastwood characters etc, never smile

Now look at old busts and paintings of famous historical figures: Napoleon, Caesar, Alexander, Khan, Charlamagne etc none of them are smiling

Maybe there's a pattern here, but it seems political power, martial skill, and badassary seems go opposite of smiling

If smiling is bad, then it means that one should smile less, and use more serious looking photos for tinder etc

I always have people telling me to smile more, and girls telling me that I never smile. In hindsight, a girl telling me I never smile, is a girl that noticed my demeanor (a good thing usually?)
