What I would recommend you to do, is stop with all the free volunteer shit and find another job. Once you have two part time job, you are never afraid of losing one. Have one that is your main job, and another as a job where you flex and test out your redpill ability.

Starting off, thestruggled, dude, you're doing an awesome job, especially considering that you're still in high school.

Secondly, you were right in keeping your mouth shut at the church. I say that because you were not the big guy in charge of everything there. Better to let things be as they are in a place that has almost no possibility for change to happen. Fit in with the masses. Couldn't have done it all better than myself!

Thirdly, I'm gonna make the assumption here that example 3 that you listed out here had a gounp with a lower average age? If that is indeed the case, then instead of explaining what feminism is when your leader asked the girls to pitch in, you could have had just as well made your case as your leader did.

Post the staff member (whom I'm going to assume is either a spineless man or a girl) telling you to take back what you just said, you could have played them in the following two ways:

If they were elder to you - ask them to show you how it's done (since no one can call themselves adults otherwise, expect perhaps these two guys) (also, it would enable them to demonstrate their values) since this is the kind of stuff everyone has to do. Garnish it with a smile and a wink at the end and say, "besides, it'll give us a chance to talk!"
If they're in your age group only - say that it's exactly the kind of thing everyone needs to do, eventually. Worst case scenario, you still wont get help, right? But atleast the guys at the head of the table saw you demonstrate some potential for diffusing the tension in the room and that might just build a connection there. It might not help you out eventually, and what's worse, it might not even get built. Who cares?

I think what your story speaks more of is, despite all the claims for equality by women/feminists, they really want to have their cake and eat it as Kyle2166 put it. Three personal examples:

Working in a social services/charity organisation in the early 2000s, lots of man-hating feminists types and effeminate males going along with their narrative. Always talking about how women are just as good as men....until it came to things like moving furniture. That suddenly became my problem as the IT guy (even though I was a stereotypical IT guy blob).
My dad works in mining and says in recent years there's been an influx of women due to the high wages paid. Typically their entry point is driving trucks cause it's a relatively low entry point, but working 12 hour shifts is soooo hard. His observation is many will quickly plot a path to a cushy office job that pays just as much, if not more.
Working in the IT department of a large government agency, there was a reasonably large ratio of women. The women were in management, team lead and support positions where 99% of the time their hours would be 9-5, while the roles that required regular out of hours work were almost exclusively men.

Christianity came into existence because the Jewish church at the time of Jesus was becoming like our Cuckservatives and basically siding with the Romans who were the globalists.

So Jesus had two forces he hated (his own people as well as the invaders) and no real allies. He realized that military victory was impossible, so he focused on applying something like the Red Pill and he proved that ideas can indeed grow like seeds.

But today all the churches are corrupted by the Blue Pill so we are in a sense "back to Jesus" in having few allies.

The Red Pill is the truth... it can be harsh at times.

Try not to get crucified by a Social Justice Warrior for not being politically correct.
