Get the myfitnesspal app. It's fucking fantastic. The keto diet is fantastic as well. I've lost about 10 pounds in 3 weeks just by cutting out processed shit, carbs and sodas. Although results may vary, as I'm only eating 2 meals a day and 1100 calories a day at most with a good amount of workout mixed in 5-6 days a week.
