Nah, if you wanna keep those friends (sentimental) then you need to put your foot down. Not only that if you feel theyre not respecting you at all, then give them something to respect, work on improving yourself for a while and cut off a lot of contact for a period of time. Not all contact, but i mean keep talking to them and stuff.

But if you just wanna get rid of these friends, then by all means find other friends

Stand up for yourself. If you don't want to do something, tell them no. If they press you, tell them to fuck off. If they get mad and you have a fight that's fine. If they're really your friends they'll realize they were in the wrong and make up. If they don't apologize, then they were shit friends you're better off without.

People pick on the weak all the time. It makes them feel big. They see you as weak. Prove them wrong.

Only show respect to people who respect you.

Next time, just sit tight. When your friends accuse you about no services, just let them know they should do it sometimes too.

Let them know how do you feel, but never be angry. If they don't care about your feeling or advice, there are better things for you to invest time in.
