Series of texts to help motivate and guide others who are feeling down or depressed and need guidance along their Red Pill Journey. Some of these words are my own and some are not. Allow the words to help you as they have helped me and others.

"When you can't control what's happening, challenge yourself to control the way you respond to the situation: in your response is your power."

"I can feel myself getting happier as the days go on. Nothing is greater than self improvement."

"You may not see it today or tomorrow but, you will look back in a few years and be absolutely complexed and awed by how every little thing added up and brought you somewhere wonderful- or where you always wanted to be. You will be grateful things didn't work out the way you wanted them to. Think. Grow. Prosper."

"People don't care about your problems, in fact some are relieved you have them."

"I will not break my inner peace to appease people who do not feed me, pay my bills, or check up on me. I have to always be at peace with myself first; this is law."

"A healthy lifestyle is not just about what you eat. It's also about what you consume mentally, emotionally, and physically. Don't feed your body poison."

"You will either step forward into growth, or step back into safety."

"My alone feels so good, I'll only have you if you're sweeter than my solitude."

"You gotta forgive some people out there. Some have never been taught by example or spent time with someone who invested time in them early in life. This lack of experience makes it extremely difficult for them to process someone who's good for them later on. Humans are creatures who fear the unknown. Because of this, walls will go up, defenses will be on red alert. The chances of them to revert to some of the dysfunctions they're accustomed to are greater than that of someone who has actually had the experience. In essence they don't know any better. Forgive them. Pray for them."

"Don't put someone else's needs before your own. If you continue to be a people pleaser your whole life, eventually you'll lose track of who you are. You'll lose your individuality, your oneness, your sense of self, your identity."

"Think of bad times as storms. They won't last forever. Consider this rain to be a cleansing one. It is here to wash away that which needs to be removed from you. You need to grow... this moment is necessary."

"Don't let loneliness drive you back into the arms of someone who has wronged you or made you feel insignificant or of lesser importance. They are not the one for you. Only you can define your happiness. And the truth is, sometimes it's good to be alone because you value yourself more than anything else. Self love and happiness is real."

I leave you with this

The (my) mindset: Now, with all of that said if you don't "like me", that's cool, you don't have to. If you want to tell me about myself; go ahead, any aware adult that doesn't live in ego will listen. But at the end of the day none of us need to spend time living in a space that appeases everyone, all the time. We truly need to be ourselves and put our needs first. We have to do this for our OWN mental health, for our inner peace, and most importantly our happiness.

Be honest with yourself... You're the director, actor, writer, and producer of your own life. You decide if your life is a hit or a flop. The problem is that most people play extras in their own movie. You chose this. Everyone is self made, but only the successful will admit it.

TL;DR- I've noticed time and time again when I focus my energy into improving myself, I somehow seem to attract people, circumstances, and experiences that match the frequency of my improved self. It's an amazing thing. Like woah. We can't always control ups and downs in life, but we can control our attitude. So, no matter what happens, stay strong, stay positive, and keep moving forward!
