Never give 110%. This is bad advice. Give ~80% but get credit for 110%. Nobody promotes the best grunt - he's already perfect for what he does. Those that get promotions are either charismatic and socially adept or are ambitious.

This is shitty advice. Never spend more than you need to on a lady. She is not your priority. You are. Use that money and go out and learn some cool hobbies. Drop a few learning some instruments, dance lessons, wood working - anything that tickles your fancy. Maybe go out on a vacation for a bit and take some nice pictures - instagram one picture with no caption and tag the location. Meet some locals. Do you. When she looks into you (they'll always try and figure you out) she'll find that you've…

This post is of an incredible quality - your writing style is concise and enjoyable. It's crazy because I took a philosophy class just earlier this semester and learned of the aforementioned Socratic Method and its' impact. I never thought of actually applying it to my life - you certainly made it more interesting than my shitty professor. Please continue to write and share your thoughts with this community. On a different note, it's crazy how cucked the liberal universities are. Saw a campus pr…

If women were analytically smarter than men, then the sciences and mathematical fields would be female dominated. There wouldn't be a need to promote gender diversity in the engineering departments of all the universities in North America. It wouldn't be Pierre de fermat's last theorem, it'd be Patricia's. What you're arguing could be true - that the study you are referencing cherry picked. But regardless of that, men have produced the overwhelming majority of scientific contributions in this wo…

The average woman scores lower on iq tests than the average male. That is not sexist. Sexism would be saying that all women are stupid and men are smart.

Buy in bulk from warehouse chains - chicken breasts, canned fish, eggs, and lentils, maybe beans. Rice and oatmeal for carbs. Save money for protein supplements and creatine. Maybe look into grabbing zinc and magnesium. Don't eat out. Bring your meals everywhere. Drink plenty of water - if you're not taking a leak that's white-yellow every 2 or so hours you're doing it unoptimal.

Supplement zinc, magnesium, and vitamin D. It'll cost 50$ every 4 or so months. Drink lots of water. Rub one out but don't peek at anything.

Apologizing is putting yourself into a submissive position. Those who are controllable may be put into submission, thus being weak has its association with submission.

Shut up and lift. Go fuck yourself up bruh. Learn how to do it first, don't want ya getting hurt. Learn proper form and nutrition. Get some protein supps and creatine and load up. Eat your carbs, have some fats. Lift. Repeat. Everyday I want you to learn something new. You can stick to TRP for now but you're eventually going to need something else. Redeem it by grabbing 5 other girls' numbers and text them to meet up, nothing else. In my experience, unless initiated by her, you never escalate over text.. You set up a place to meet and do it there. Redeem yourself by lifting, making some money, reading some books, picking up some hobbies. Redeem yourself by focusing on some other shit - your mission. Do you. She'll come around. And if she doesn't somehow? Well you've just made yourself a man that is more desirable. It's simple really. Focus…

Perhaps I'm biased... I had a competing powerlifter show me. Took 20 or so minutes. I've since shown 3 others the exercise and they've picked it up in similar time frames. It's do-able.

Nah. Learning good form takes about 20 minutes. You can start with just the bar and someone correcting you or recording yourself. Then hit the plates, hard.

I am a young man of 21 years of age. I currently attend a decent university which is highly ranked in my country. There is an overwhelming amount of my fellow male peers that aspire to mediocrity. There are no medical reasons people become obese. It's literally all about portion control. You won't stay 250lbs+ eating 4 carrots a day. There are exceptions being thyroid issues and other hormonal causes, but they do not paint the whole picture on a significant level. Just because your thyroid is fucked does not mean you can't be 8% bf and ripped...... you just gotta control yourself that much better.

It's a little more than that... It's ignoring reason and being selective with how it's practiced, often ignoring the demands of scriptures. Of course one is able to believe what they wish and have rights but we must not forget that the idea itself has no rights and is subject to criticism.

As a son of an immigrant (blue collar to white collar, later entrepreneur) this breaks my heart. But in all honesty it's hard to be sympathetic with those that play with a snake then cry when they get bit. Do not play with snakes boys.

You may lead a horse to water... but you may not make it drink. You are right in the sense that experience is necessary. I agree with you. After swallowing... it has become much more efficient to simply fake the 'alpha'. I read here during my spare time to continue learning. This is purely my opinion doe.

A smart man learns best from his mistakes. A rich man learns best from the mistakes of others. Why endure that which I know most would not work? It is both efficient and painfully obvious to apply what we've learned here in order to 'make it'. Fake it till you make it. Eventually the faking becomes a reflex and all you're doing is making it.

There's no reason to settle with a woman because of child support laws and marriage in the 21st century. You're right that women have no intrinsic value other than their wombs. The women I've been with have had extrinsic value doe. Their femininity is refreshing and they make great cooks. I've had a broad clean up my place too. Most will give a decent massage when asked to. Women are valuable and can improve your life. It's progressively becoming rarer and rarer, but nevertheless possible.

Anytime a woman attempts starfish (has happened twice) I simply get off and dress myself and leave. Both times I had my dick sucked like it was a mouth based video-game and she just had to get the highscore. Never settle with women.

'I guess television is the only family we need' When my father was kicked out and divorced when I was 13, we would spend weekends together binge watching Friends with my little brother. He was a poor man then and looking back spending time with him was great. We always had a blast doing whatever, and I'd look forward to watching the show with him. Now, reflecting on the relationships portrayed in that show, and realizing their impact on my idea of a relationship, I can attest that the blue pill …

Bodyweight fitness is nice and dandy but don't ever expect to look like a bodybuilder. At best, you'll upgrade your skinny fat status into a mixture of 'toned' and 'lean'. I'd rather be big. I'll stick to weights. To each their own.

I was being incredibly sarcastic. The term 'wife' has no meaning with no community upholding the terms of a marriage contract. It's a joke now, really. Why have a wife if there are only downsides with incredibly minimal (if at all) upsides?

You're telling an endorsed contributor of a peer reviewed community to drop his attitude? That's really interesting. For the benefit of the doubt, I'll also consider the alternative: you're being sarcastic. I'd much rather read a sarcastic clown's thoughts than an idiot's ramblings.

This touches on a woman's accountability. Improvement is impossible without self reflection. If you are not critiqued then you cannot get better. But if the bar is lowered.... then we're all winners. And nothing gets done cuz we r soooooo cute and perfect.

In the world of bodybuilding, your height may be viewed as an asset. Become a manlet. Your lifting seems half assed. Lifting isn't only about picking up weights; it's more an expression of a lifestyle. Bet your flabby 15%-bf ass you'd compound your beginner gains ten fold by tracking macros and graduating to a more taxing routine involving 5-6 workouts a week. Consider yourself an intermediate lifter now. Do what you've always done and you get what you've always gotten. So make sure to challenge…

This grinds me gears. I'm only 20 but I've treated every job with the passion to pursue knowledge and experience to the fullest. Whether it be flipping burgers at a local fast food restaurant or driving forklifts in a warehouse, I always asked questions, looked for mentors, and made friends along the way. I truly believe everything in life may be useful as long as you are able to acknowledge it.

Had a girl tell me she was feminist during a date juan time and then asked me what I thought of feminism. I smirked and said, 'Feminism is the idea that we can make both genders equal by focusing solely on the problems of one of them.' She blushed and we then later left together for a nice walk around a park where we proceeded to hook up.

Improving one's physique is maybe 25% exercise and proper rest. The rest is diet. Start by only drinking water. Maybe even look into some water enhancers. Then cut snacking. Save your consumption for meals, not mindless chowing. Finally, start counting your calories. Who cares if you eat cookies as long as you understand their caloric content and nutritional value. It's all diet. So many people get it wrong.

I'll never understand how others can claim that a woman may 'love' a man. This strikes me as a decently informative post grounded on an unstable foundation. A woman does not love a man. She may only love her children. She craves the value the man brings to her life- whether it be tingles, money, companionship, whatever. The second you no longer bring that value, she will find someone else who can. At most, a woman respects a man. But it is not love, for love is not parasitic and so bluntly trans…

Creatine is perhaps the most effective supplement you could ever take. It's really cheap too. Don't waste your time with BCAAs and preworkout. Grab some caffeine pills and save yourself 25$+ on filler flavour and other compounds that aren't as effective as the raw caffeine itself. Then pick up some chicken breasts and veggies and lift. At the end of the day, the best supplement is running test. Supplements do very little for us natties.

Everything in moderation... including moderation. In all seriousness, it pains me to know that America does not share your mindset. This is a good post too, for the record. Food is fuel. I think this applies best to game. I've read countless posts on flirting techniques, outcome independence, and push pull dynamics. Only experience with the gals helped me realize how autistic I was.
