Inspired by a recent post in TRP about a taxi driver who got dumped by his gf of 5 years, I'm submitting a similar story about a guy whose social status has literally been his dating death sentence. More Red Pill stories like this will follow in future posts.
Here goes, our guy, Jack, is an average-looking guy (6-7 out of 10) in his mid 30s. He is charming, witty and very confident in approaching girls. His game is nearly perfect and he's very fun to hang out with. However, his success with girls has been non-existent for a very long time and that has lead him to depression. What's wrong? His social status: he's a waiter at a cafe-bar.
Jack hasn't attended a college or university. He has been working his whole life in blue and pink jobs and got a lot of life experience that made him wise and smart. He has better knowledge of how the market functions than most economics majors who have only worked in privileged white collar jobs. Yet, he doesn't have a college degree to certify that.
Jack isn't really well-educated. He isn't much into reading and doesn't have great knowledge in history or philosophy but he follows the news, and being smart and with great life experience, he has a good instinct and can take part in any discussion and express well-articulated and reasonable views. Unlikewise, most guys and girls he's hanging out with, even if equipped with college degrees, are indifferent to everything except for sports, celebrities and reality TV shows, and haven't read any books except for their college textbooks without really grasping what they have read in them. The sad truth is that those functionally illiterate college-educated guys (even the temporarily unemployed ones among them) do much better with girls than Jack and that those equally functionally illiterate girls favor those guys over Jack because of their higher status.
Jack's life choices have been rather conservative. He never had the capital to start his own business neither did he ever try to collect money and create that capital. But to be fair, it hadn't been easy for him to put money aside due to his poor family background that couldn't be much of a support.
On the other hand, Jack's half-brother is doing great with girls despite him being much older. The reason is him owning a night club and dealing with the underworld; money, status and mostly chicks come with the package. His girls, even the college-educated ones, don't care about him not holding a college degree or being functionally illiterate like them.
Jack's boss, a few years older than him, is also doing great with girls, especially girls much younger than him. He isn't particularly handsome or charming, and he's very unprofessional considering his business (coming very late to work, owing and being owed money and closing the bar at will for days to go for a trip). And if those weren't enough, he's also a conspiracy theory nut-job. Yet, chicks flocking around him don't seem to care at all.
Despite Jack being an average-looking guy (6-7/10), the only way out of singledom for him would be to lower his standars too much and go for girls much less attractive than him (3-4/10) and who also work as pink or blue collar workers (as even white collar 3/10s would ignore him due to hypergamy).
But even if Jack were very handsome, like a 9-10/10 male model, he would of course have success as a fuck-boy with girls, yet mostly those who would be either much younger (in their early 20s) or older (post-wall women in their 40s). Women his age wouldn't want him for a LTR because of his low status. You may ask, "So what? He'd still be successful with hot young girls". Well yes, but he would naturally deteriorate in looks getting older and fewer and fewer young women would want to have sex with a former handsome guy who works as a waiter, let alone start a LTR with him. And if a very handsome Jack ever wanted to get married and have a family, he would have again to settle for a woman much less attractive than him because his looksmatches would be taken by men of higher status than him regardless of looks. Anyway, this is a rather hypothetical case because if Jack were that handsome, he would have found a job as a male model, an actor or a bartender at a famous night club raising this way his social status much higher and not having to worry about being single at all.
Let's now come back to average-looking Jack who exists in the real world. Jack could've been in a better position if he'd been in a LTR with a girl since his teens or early 20s, when both of them would have naturally been more romantic and blue-pilled. The loving bond could have been strong enough to keep them together throughout the years and even get them married, but still, Jack could be anytime dumped for a man of higher status than him. I realized that a few nights ago, when a brutal red-pill bomb was dropped by a kind and modest "NAWALT" girl who is in a 12 years LTR with a friend of Jack and is also Jack's friend herself. While discussing Jack going through a depression phase this period due to his failure in dating (Jack not being around of course), she said, "How does he expect to attract girls being stagnant? Instead, he should collect money from his work and use them to start his own business". Of course, she has never asked that from her equally stagnant white collar boyfriend. Reading behind her words, Jack's problem isn't him being stagnant; it's him being a waiter.
