Get social. Do everything you can to be social with everyone. Separately to that, cold approach as much as you can in any way that you can. Social progress is a mixture of both these things, and they work well if you work on them both at once.

Thank you, means alot to hear that from someone with alot RP knowledge. I'll do my best to be as social as possible. The only thing hard to me when meeting new people is that awkward open and anxiety before doing it.

Yes.. most people have this. MOST people compensate by not doing it, doing it badly, and looking for social approval from the other person as fast as possible.
Keep doing it. Eventually it starts to get easy and go well.
If you practice this shit and work hard, you can be god-level social master in a few years. Elite will take 5-10. But you'll see improvements immediately.

I've recently found out that taking dancing lessons is a great way to be social:
My advice is to look into this. Some couples dancing lessons, trying differensiert styles. You can do it once a week, it may be a bit awkward in the beginning but who gives a fuck. Step out of that confortzone. You'll get used to it.

Any to begin with. If you can find lessons called "couple dancing" or anything similar go for it. Otherwise it might be good to get the basics: salsa, tango, swing foxtrot. Different styles are important, giving you a broader vocabulary for bodylanguage.

Dont read too much in TRP dude...You can learn a lot here on how to treat women without being a mangina but in the end you have to improve yourself with your own forces...
I believe the best way to improve is doing daygame, or nightgame if you prefer...it is hard as hell but thats the best way to improve yourself...you can read this SubReddit 20 years and wont learn as much as 50 approaches...
You will start improving your social skills, you will get women, a lot of women and that helps you get better on every aspect...when you have abundance you dont give a fuck about a girl cause you go to the next one...
