EDIT: I've just reread the post and the comments he's made below. I'm pretty sure this is a troll, maybe something fake posted by a TBP user so they can have something to parade over on their sub. Makes sense, the latest wave of TRP posts aren't easy for them to criticize. If you really do think and act like this OP, get help. I'm not saying that as an insult. You probably are very intelligent. It's not easy to get anywhere in this world with the belief-set you're clutching however, so either get professional guidance or find a mentor you respect.
If this is just a troll, realize you can fuck people up. People might believe being angry, filled with equal measures of hate and despair is the essence of TRP. It isn't. What's the point of learning to understand something that won't improve your life? Why would we have a whole sub dedicated to improving at tangibles, just so we could be bitter and loathe the very things we strive towards? I wouldn't say cowardly, although I do agree it's overly sensitive. I have a rule- my rule, you don't need the same one- that everyone gets three chances. This applies to things like running excessively late, breaking a promise or insulting me. It doesn't apply to tiny things, like being a couple of minutes late or teasing me. It also doesn't apply to big things, for example if a girl cheated on me. That would just be a "later bitch" moment for me. Maybe faithfulness means less for you, but for me, if it's not an established part of the relationship then it's very, very bad. It's breaking the terms of our contract and cause for divorce.
Just relax dude, not trying to trigger you. Try to think about this rationally. Maybe pick a role-model you respect. Tyler Durden? Clint Eastwood? Whoever. Point is, can you imagine them just existing? Can you imagine them staying with a girl because they're too scared to find another/s? Strive to become the best version of yourself by using weakness to motivate towards a higher place, not towards stagnation and stasis out of despair.

No, it's not made up. It is self-perpetuating though. Depression runs in my family, both sides. I know the genes, I know the theory behind it. My mum tried to get me on antidepressants as a teenager. I refused to take them because I read the studies on the topic. They had a short-term benefit comparable to exercise in most studies. However, long-term they make you more depressed. Probably the worst thing to do to yourself if you are depressed. Off the top of my head, the best treatments were (in order): Social interaction, exercise, better diet, focused hobbies. In order of worst things you could do: socially isolate yourself, stop exercising, eat poorly and 'do nothing'. Boredom breeds discontent. Use Google Scholar to look these things up if you want.

If your looking for a decent job, look into water or wastewater treatment. Most states require a highschool diploma to start. It has a lot to learn when you start, but it is easy and there is a growing demand for plant operators. There is a lot of down time, so you can study if you do go back to school.
I only mention this, because it sounds like your're going through tough times and a decent job can do wonders for confidence. Also, consider doing something to get you interacting with people. The gym, volunteer work, or even a good church.
