Okay I just wanna say this.

I dont think there is ANYTHING wrong with being friends with a girl if its under the STRICT understanding that you are not chasing her sexually.

If a woman is fun, entertaining, and interesting... Why cant I be friends with her again?

One problem with swallowing the red pill is that you will get offended at just about everything that mainstream people enjoy.

Offended?? Why? There's no reason to get angry at such a predictable interaction. Who knows what their friendship is like, but it's most likely one-sided based on her verbal and body language.

Also, think of the intended audience. That video was not meant for us. The book and website it's promoting is not targeted to us.
