I'm an older guy & never had a tattoo (although I was in the military for 4 years, and worked for 26 years in a very "alpha" occupation.) I know they are popular these days, but that's not necessarily the reason I'm thinking of one.

I've always been in decent shape but have been thinking lately I would like to have one to commemorate some serious body & life work I've been doing the past year. Nothing overdone or silly ... maybe a celtic or nordic themed band around my upper arm or something like that. (Note: having tats is not really an employment issue with me as I am financially independent)

Am curious as to the thoughts of the RP community about tattoos?
