Of course there is such a thing as an Alpha Female. She's usually the stunning one, which brings her confidence and social status, with a hoarde of orbiters and women hating her and wanting to be her. Add a higher IQ and self esteem than the average slut you bang in the club's bathroom and you have yourself an alpha female, the type of women roughly 1% of men have access too.

Right, but subconsciously she still wants to find a man who can take the lead.

I dislike it.
Sure leadership is a main alpha trait, but hardly the only one. If alpha=leader, then of course there are alpha women. Everybody is happy with the definition because it's simple but it's misleading.
Alpha in redpill terms is whatever trait contributes to vaginal tingle generationTM, which include many more MASCULINE traits: a chiseled jaw, physical strength, decisiveness, risk-taking behavior, a Don't-Give-A-Fuck attitude, pre-selection, etc. Do you think leadership is what made Corey Worthington the alpha buddha?

This is just dominant vs dominated personality traits.
If you are a civilized domesticated man who relies on everyone else to do the things you cannot do, you are most likely a beta.
If you are an barbaric(don't misunderstand barbaric as the definition given by weak civilized men who don't know jack shit about the real world who then go on to talk about the "real world") undomesticated man, don't make yourself powerless and give power to others, but rely on yourself, you are probably an alpha.
But this is only true in a society of weak domesticated men who are afraid of everything.
In reality, an alpha is just the dominant member of that social group. And the sad reality is, the SJWs and liberals are the alphas because everyone else is too fucking weak and domesticated to stand up for themselves.

Go outside to a public place and find a group of females. You know, the one where there's like 3+ together. Observe. The leader is the Alpha female, the rest are beta female. Keeps the rest in line. Don't talk about the alpha. etc fam

This is a lot less common amongst females, at least in my experience. Maybe it's because I'm younger, but in reality cliques don't operate like the ones in the movies. Things are a lot more symmetric; there'll be several "leaders" and things are constantly fluctuating.

IMO female social dynamics have a more fluid alpha/beta/delta hierarchy then men.
In of my main social circle there is a clear alpha female however she will often reduce herself to a Beta or Delta position depending on her cycle. While I don't actively track it she has clear indication in her attitude and dress which display her state very clearly.
Meanwhile others jockey for position only when she is in a more submissive state and during these times chaos is pretty common among the women who are unattached. Machiavellian nature surfaces and the games begin to get played. This shuts down very quickly by the 2nd week and repeats shortly into the 4th week.
It's almost clockwork as I have been causally using transactional analysis to review the typical games these women play with each other and the men. This has been repeating for almost 4 months now and I believe I have a firm grasp on the dynamics.
