A lot of these things have been touched on before but I feel it is essential to hammer home the fact that if you do not have these in place your game will immensely suffer. What are the essentials of game and what are those pieces that will either make or break your game? They are as follows:

*Eye contact (Epoxy eyes)

*Emotional control

*Leading/dominance

*Strength of frame

*Attraction

*Comfort

*Sexual Market Value. Increasing your SMV constantly through (1) feedback, (2) change and (3) periodic monk modes.

Fundamentals: *Strong Posture. Strong posture makes you attractive, period.

*Slow & graceful movements. Powerful, sexy men move more slowly. Smooth, fluid movement sends strong signals.

*Maintaining eye contact. Effective eye contact flirting makes you captivating.

*Facial expressions. Great facial expressions excite women.

*Voice pitch. A sexy voice is mandatory for increasing your sensuality. Add a guttural purr to your voice, lower its pitch. Voice coaching makes it richer.

*Slow speech. Speak slowly. Use the pregnant pauses (to suck people in). Use fewer "uhs" and "umms".

*Fashion. Get well-fitting clothes, a sexy haircut and cool facial hair.

Notes: *Your mental state or presence (confidence, charisma, dominance and edginess-intensity as a man); Smile less and only for a reason. Have strong beliefs and live to those unflinching values. Have very strong, tough frame. Have very tight awareness of your environment but not scanning. Practice a mysteriously dominant body language. Be irrationally confident. Let your mental presence be congruent with your body language.

*Your overall mental skill level (intelligence, vocabulary, and mental agility); nootropics, better heuristics from experience, etc.

*The social calibration that you display. Build this by meeting people in diverse places and being in various social scenarios, get diverse friends and learn to adapt but do not focus on reactions as this will make you fear rejection and paralyze you focus on results.

*Amp your masculinity: risk-taking, relaxed and in control, Byronic traits, irrationally self-assured and egoistic and knows he’ll get what he wants, has abundance mentality and outcome independence( do your best but if you're rejected there's no ding to your emotional state thus creating an IDGAF attitude), dominant and attractive body language and non-verbals, aggression, assertiveness, risk-taking, self-reliance. Work on these and the ability to flush out negativity and to pump your positive emotions and driving emotions. Lift, Exercise, Eat right, Limit sugar, take antioxidants and folate, sleep well, eat enough calories to get you energized, take cleansing smoothies( fruits and greens with high antioxidants and carbs), filter out xenoestrogens.

*Informational flow from you. Learn to control what others see in you and your reactions. Such as never let anyone know when you're upset as a man it makes you seem weak and learn to unlock the desire and respect of a diverse people. One key cannot open all locks even a skeleton key comes across a door it cannot open. Try to be more mindful and sangfroid as the illimitable man said " Despair in the moment is tantamount to forfeiture" or is potentially reputation damaging. Be cool and controlled even calculated and methodical but don't be a robot.

Tip: control how you breathe when anxious, drop your shoulders, downplay the moment or amp-up for self-belief.

Be Charismatic: Show conviction (be convinced of what you are doing, and rid yourself of self-doubt), Be friendly and high-energy (treat any and all people as if they are your friend); High energy can be a quiet intensity or loud brazenness whichever one suits you. Don’t worry about what people think (about you or your ideas or beliefs). Be positive, engaging and versatile (you should be able to speak to a variety of people about a variety of topics) Focused intensity and distracted behavior (have strong opinions, know what you want, but don’t give too much attention to people) Seek a satisfactory result in all you do. Be forceful and aggressive but not too much so.
