I stumbled upon this video last night, and got to thinking what it is TRP aims to do. Take a look. I am finding that TRP aims to take good men who find themselves traped in the herd and provide them a means to escape. However, I am also finding that the majority of men here as well as everywhere else, will never and can never escape. Not due to conditioning or other outside constraints--but due to their own innate nature. I make no claims in being a good man (as Neitzche would define him), though I do carry more of those traits than most. However, it dawned on me that TRP is useless to the herd, as well as to the good man.

To the herd, TRP info will never be internalized. The things the truly good men on here talk about will always fly over the heads of the herd. Hence, we get what we like to call the BP betas writing post after post aboust their oneitis and why it is so much easier to get laid if you were just born with good genes.

Conversely, the good man has no use for TRP. He could not care less about this info...he sees it as redundant. The true "alphas" would look at this stuff and laugh at us for even having to read this crap!

But that brought me to asking why the fuck I even frequent this place. (I have no social media--I use the internet sparingly, and am generally more concerned with getting my own shit done.). Why should I need this stuff?

I think TRP best serves men who find themselves right in the middle. The men who know at their core what IDGAF truly means, yet have somehow allowed the herd to beat them down into submission. The men who, even before knowing about TRP have lived TRP, but through some life events have had to abandon that mentality due to the herd hammering into their heads how "immoral" these views are.

Why do I frequent this place? It sure as fuck aint for the good feels I get in writting a post that people are sure to call me out on. It sure aint for reading about other's successes and failures and judging my own performance against theirs.

For me, this place has become a comapass of sorts. It keeps my own ego in check, but at the same time allows me to push myself in areas that I may not have even realized I needed work in.

What I don't understand however, is why the hell the truly good men (rollo, GLO, etc..) who are creative and fine going against the herd, take time to even try to help out the good men in hiding if you will. All of this stuff is redundent to them, and they are completely fine living in the lonely world of the good man. Mayhaps there is no such thing as a truly good man anymore. TRP is just good members of the herd trying to hold on to any last refuge the good man once knew. Perhaps the best the good men of today can do is search for other good men to have a beer and a chat with, and "enjoy the decline" as they say.

Fuck it, just had to get some thoughts out there for whatever they are worth!
