Confidence is not ‘they will like meʼ. Confidence is ‘Iʼll be fine if they donʼtʼ.

This works very well because shifts the dynamic from something is not in your power (the other's judgement) to something depends entirely on you (how I will feel towards it). That's true confidence. I remember I used to just forcefully hope my efforts would be acknowledged by others. Instead it should be "I don't care if others don't, I do. I do this for me."

  1. Format your post in a way that is insufferable and has no cohesive message.
  2. Read great posts and understand what makes good content.
  3. Group together "secrets" that aren't already restated red pill concepts and write as individual posts with depth.
  4. Feel great shame, delete this post.
