If you want to switch I reccomend Texas method with rows instead of power cleans. IMO you should be bulking, not cutting. Its better to bulk to where you want to be in terms of muscle, then cut the fat down from there. I usually hold the bottle up high infront of me, spray it straight down and then walk through the spray. I find that way its evenly distributed, rather than spraying directly on your neck where all the scent is concentrated on that one spot.

I found a barbershop that has only male barbers and only male clientele, its fucking awesome, the two barbers are super cool guys who, after talking with them alot are clearly alpha in look and personality. I was lucky in that I drank a good bit of my calories in the form of juice, milk, beer and pop. So cutting all that out and drinking water and diet pop reduced my calorie intake by about 1200 per day (also mostly cut out junk food). The reason I say that is lucky is that I can eat about the same amount of food as always and have a calorie deficit, so I wasnt constantly hungry as so many of my calories came from drinks.
