Any and all ages. I think finding it in your early 20s allows you to be ahead of the curve IF you put the work in. I am thankful for finding this community at 24.

It applies best IMO to people over 18 (out of highschool, have own place and freedom), but the core principles still stand for everyone.

I found it on my 30s and I wish I had found it earlier, but:

Lots of comments and advice is given by young folks that still don't have real life experience yet, so take it with a grain of salt
Advice given by people living in small towns or coming from a blue collar setting might not apply to folks in large cities and white collar environments, and vice versa

So take everything here with a pinch of salt and consider the advice given here as just theory that needs to be proven in practice. And go ahead and try different things until you see what works and what doesn't. Over time you will get a more balanced view of TRP and steer away from the more extreme versions of it.

I wish my father would have thought me this. Best is to get into this from young age. Right after you are pulled from your mothers tit. Because young boy takes notice how hos father treats his mother.

Read, discuss, observe, experiment and you will probably realize that male SMV is still fairly junior at 25 and tends to peak in the 30's or 40's depending.

The actual structure of the community here is leaning towards experienced men (can be older, but not necessarily) helping out less experienced guys who have trouble seducing women or got horribly burnt by one and seek recovery (age irrelevant).

Reddit as a medium introduces a bias towards younger people (tech adoption higher).
