Assuming you actually do have a micropenis, you have a couple courses of action that you can explore:

1) Become a master of foreplay. I can usually get my current LTR to literally soak the bed with her juices without the use of my dick before having sex. You can learn the same tricks. No doubt.

2) Years back, a girl I used to mess around with once told me that she knew a guy who claimed he too had a micropenis, and that one of the most terrifying, yet liberating and arousing things he ever did was go to a nude beach. I don't know how often something like that happens, but it's something to keep in mind.

As others have said-go to a doctor. Make sure your hormone levels are good. I would be shocked if you didn’t have some issues. Also, as others have asked, are you extremely fat? If everything checks out then look into the jelqing forum here on Reddit. That shit works, but takes extreme effort and patience.

If you really have a micro penis (medical condition), i would start treatment asap. Doctors may or may not help because of your age, but DHT cream leads to penile growth. I am sure you can get it somewhere. And even if it messes with your hormone production long term, a life with an “normal“ penis and TRT later on is better than having a micro penis.
